I have a First Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in CBT and a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Training. I
am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
and a member of the British Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies
(BABCP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.
I hold experience in working with trauma, having worked in various
settings, including bereavement and with veterans, as well as their partners
and spouses. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with
diverse age groups, each showing that it is never too late to embrace change. I
have also connected with neurodiverse clients, whether they have a formal
diagnosis or not, and together we have explored innovative pathways for growth
and understanding. It has been truly inspiring to see how each unique
perspective contributes to personal transformation.
